We want every homeowner who reaches Raceacts Tree Service to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still, tell us about it too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who fall short again and again may be removed. Please know that Raceacts Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@raceacts.living and include:
We confirm that we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
